Not only can they create their own comic strips, this a fun way to build a how-to project or make a mash-up of vacation photos. The cost is $2.99.
Book Creator Book Creator says “it is designed for ages 4 and up.” You can try it for free before downloading the app. Kids and adults can make picture, art and photo books, as well as other types of ebooks using fixed layouts.
